A new microbrewery and tap room in a grade II listed building
We were approached by Bentons Brewery to help them establish their new microbrewery and tap room within the heart of Overton, Hampshire. They found a 16 th Century, Grade II Listed Building that they fell in love with on the Overton High
Street, which required a sympathetic renovation.
Bentons is run by husband and wife team, Ben and Becky, who have worked in the area providing food and catering services for a number of years, and have been looking for something more permanent. The large outdoor space to the rear was perfect for accommodating a new, detached brewery building and commercial kitchen.

A massive thank you for getting us an approval at committee last night! You guys were so comforting and professional, making a stressful situation much easier. To have the presentation perfectly timed to 4 minutes was very impressive. We are now really excited to begin the detail and build phase of our project.”
