The Buckingham development will provide a small enclave of four high-quality homes set within the existing developed footprint of the village. The site is enclosed by mature trees and vegetation which will be retained, providing a landscape buffer between the new development and its highway access.
Through the careful study of the distinct local vernacular, the development is in keeping with the setting. By introducing slim gabled elevations, set within the existing trees form, we have created a considered yet set-back and unimposing formal frontage.
