Our masterplan development for eleven detached houses in Oxfordshire is set on the edge of the existing village, designed to form an extension to the local vernacular settlement pattern.
The design delivers eleven plots for self-build homes, set within an idyllic rural setting. Our design forms an extension to the existing village, creating a small development with strong links to nature, with wildlife corridors and public accessible wildflower meadows.
